Shipping & Orders
Where do you ship, and how long will it take?

We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery times depend on your location. We offer free shipping for orders over AUD 59, and each parcel is sent in 100% recyclable padded mailers for safe, eco-friendly delivery.
Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is fulfilled, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number, so you can easily follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
What if my order is lost or damaged?

We take care with every package, but if your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please email support@katalom.com within 7 days of delivery (include a photo). We’ll replace or refund your order, no stress.
What’s your refund & return policy?

We don’t offer refunds on change-of-mind, but if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll happily provide a refund or replacement once we’ve received evidence. Please contact support within 7 days with photos, and we’ll sort it quickly.
Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet, but we hope to expand overseas soon! Join our email list or follow us on social media to stay updated.
What packaging do you use?

We ship in 100% recyclable padded mailers with minimal filler, no plastic fluff. We encourage reuse and recycling!
Do you offer custom or bulk orders?

Absolutely! Just email support@katalom.com with your vision, we love collaborating on custom sets or bulk requests.

Where are your polishes made?

Our polishes are proudly designed and manufactured right here in Australia.
What finishes & effects do you offer?

Choose from holographic, shimmer, flakie, magnetic, Creme and glow‑in‑the‑dark finishes, all in limited, creative small-batch runs.
Are your polishes vegan, cruelty-free & non-toxic?

Definitely! All formulas are vegan, cruelty-free, and 10‑free, free of parabens, toluene, DBP, and harsh chemicals.
How do I use magnetic polishes?

Apply a coat and hold the magnet over the wet polish for 10–15 seconds to create a striking metallic effect.
What’s the shelf life and best storage?

There's no official expiration, but we recommend using polishes within 1–2 years. Store them upright, in cool, dry places, away from heat or sunlight.
